7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your order within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — no runaround. We stand behind the quality of our growth.

When refunds apply

• Your order was not delivered within the stated timeframe.
• Delivery fell materially short of what you purchased.
• You request a refund within the 7-day guarantee window.

When refunds may not apply

• The order was fully delivered as described and the guarantee window has passed.
• The submitted link or profile was private, deleted, or changed before delivery could complete.
• Losses caused by the platform itself (for example, account actions unrelated to our service).

Refund vs. refill

A drop after successful delivery isn't a failed order — it's covered by our free 30-day refill, where we top followers or subscribers back up at no charge (see the Terms). Refunds are for orders we didn't deliver; refills are for natural drop after we did. If delivery only partly completed, we refund the undelivered part proportionally, or finish it — your choice.

Digital services begin immediately

Because delivery starts right after payment, EU consumers waive the 14-day cooling-off period for the part already delivered. Our 7-day money-back guarantee is our own voluntary policy on top of your statutory rights.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a bank or card dispute — we resolve almost everything within hours. A chargeback filed on an order delivered as described, without contacting us first, will be contested with delivery evidence.

How to request a refund
